Rubber-Aluminum Car Seal Recycling Line

Rubber-Aluminum Car Seal Recycling Line
Automotive sealing strips are typically made from a composite of rubber and aluminum strips and are widely used in vehicle doors, windows, trunks, and other areas. Due to their complex structure and tightly mixed materials, traditional methods have made efficient separation and recycling difficult.
UTMACH's rubber-aluminum car seal recycling line is specifically designed for volume reduction and separation of these mixed materials. This line effectively separates the rubber and aluminum in the seal, achieving resource recycling.
Workflow
Feeding and Conveying:Automotive sealing strips are fed into the shredding system via a conveyor.
Coarse Crushing:A shredder crushes the sealing strips into 5-10 cm flakes.
Fine Crushing:A pulverizer further refines the material to 1-20 mm.
Metal Separation:A magnetic separator and eddy current separator separate aluminum and rubber particles.
Dust Removal System:Optional dust removal equipment is available to maintain a clean workshop.
Material Collection:The separated rubber particles and aluminum are collected separately and can be directly recycled.
