MPS Series Pressure Steam Sterilizer
Using microcomputer control technology, touch screen operation, the whole process (heating, sterilization, exhaust steam, drying) the whole process of automatic program operation.
Touch screen automatically displays operating status, temperature, pressure, time and other parameters as well as fault alarm information.
With fabric, instrument, rubber, liquid, custom 4 sterilization procedures for users to choose.
Built-in high efficiency steam generator, can quickly produce constant pressure steam, do not pollute sterilized goods.
Optional configuration of micro printer, real-time sterilization process and fault alarm information.
When the program cycle ends, there is a buzzer prompt when the fault alarm occurs.
Safety device:
Overtemperature automatic protection device: the system automatically cuts off the power supply when the temperature exceeds the setting.
Door safety interlocking device: electronic door lock is adopted. Only when the door is closed in place, the sterilizer can start the working procedure. If there is pressure in the inner room or the power supply is not connected, the electronic door lock locks the door handle and the door cannot be opened.
Dry burning alarm device: when the water level is lower than the low water level, the heating power will be cut off automatically and alarm information will be displayed.
Overpressure relief valve: when the set pressure is exceeded, the relief valve opens to release the pressure.
Electronic circuit safety device: DC control circuit with overvoltage overload protection, ac main circuit with short circuit protection.
